Tallahassee Land Company, Inc. was established in 1993 by A.L. "Jack" Buford, Jr. and A.L. "Lewis" Buford, III. Their goal was to institute a business which offered a wide variety of real estate services including commercial brokerage, land development and investment opportunities in the North Florida and South Georgia market areas. We hold real estate licenses in multiple states including Florida, Georgia and Alabama. Since the company was formed it has acquired two more partners, Ben H. Wilkinson, Jr. and R. Bradford Parker. Tallahassee Land Company, Inc. has also expanded to create its own property management company, Tallahassee Land Management, Inc., which oversees many retail facilities and office buildings around Tallahassee.
